What is Coletum?
Our goal is to offer you a tool to retire the old and limited paper forms! With that in mind, we developed Coletum, a tool for creating forms according to your needs, which can be filled out using computers, cell phones or tablets, anytime, anywhere. Coletum allows you to have agility and ease in obtaining, validating, and extracting the data collected, reducing the time between collection and its availability to generate valuable information for your operation. Remember, you will no longer have to deal with piles of paper, scribbles, non-standard data, misplaced documents or so many other problems arising from using paper for data collection. In addition, you can add other types of data to your forms, such as geographic data, images, photographs, or other document files.
What are the benefits of Coletum?
1) Ease of creating forms:
Creating forms is very friendly, you can do it in just three steps:
a) Choose the name of the form
b) Inform the desired fields
c) Visualize how it turned out
2) Flexibility in data collection: Fill in the forms on the computer (on any operating system) or on Android phones and tablets (soon also on Apple Store).
3) Team Management: Nobody works alone, right? With that in mind, Coletum allows you to register collaborators to fill in your forms and monitor how their collection work is going.
4) Spatialization of data in maps: If you prefer, you can configure the form to store the coordinates of the locations of the fills. Thus, through the computer, you can visualize on Coletum's interactive map where the data were collected.
What kind of activity was Coletum developed for?
Coletum was conceived to serve a variety of activities, not being restricted to just a certain industry. Coletum can be used in inspections, monitoring, customer processing, scientific research, among others. After all, you can create a tailored form to meet your demand.
Do I need internet to fill in the forms?
No, you don't! You can fill out the forms on your cell phone or tablet even without internet connection. Once connected, with one click the data is sent to a secure server and instantly available for viewing and downloading from a computer. When choosing to fill out the forms on the computer, you must be connected to the internet. In this case, the data is available for viewing and downloading in real time.
Can I fill in my forms on the computer?
Yes! In addition to cell phones and tablets, you can also use your computer to fill in the forms without the need to install any programs. Coletum works with most web browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and IoS Safari.
What can I do with my data?
By accessing Coletum on your computer, you can view/edit the filled forms, view the respective locations on the map, in addition to downloading them in CSV format, for processing in tools such as Excel, Access, R, MATLAB, SAS/STAT, among others.
How do plans and payments work?
Coletum was designed for wide range of users, so you can choose the plan that best meets your needs. Find out the details of each plan by clicking here. We also have a free plan for you to get to know the tool with no time restriction. Payments occur monthly and are made via PagSeguro, offering total security and flexibility in payment methods.
Is there a discount for students or teachers?
Student, books are getting more and more expensive, aren't they? If you are a student and the free plan does not meet your academic needs, send an e-mail attaching your proof of enrollment to suporte@coletum.com.br and we will send you a 50% discount coupon for all monthly fees during your period of study (renewable annually), applicable to the basic and professional plans.
Teachers, we know the great importance of working with organized data to generate good papers and research. If you want to use Coletum for teaching purposes, send an email to suporte@coletum.com.br with the link to your institution's website that contains your name on the faculty list. We will be happy to present you with a customized plan that fits your needs.

Coletum's data is maintained on the Google Cloud Platform (Google's hosting and server service). This platform has more than 15 years of experience focused on the security of customer data and its applications. In this way, Coletum and its data enjoy the same security model as Google applications, such as Gmail, Google Apps and many others.
